Our dinner menu, prepared by head chef Jeremy Charles, is inspired by rustic Atlantic Canadian cuisine. It features authentic dishes that take advantage of Newfoundland and Labrador’s rich variety of seafood, wild game, berries and vegetables, while also exploring innovative, 'haute cuisine' ingredient combinations and finishes. The results? Amazing appetizers, magnificent mains and divine desserts. Adjusted regulary to include the freshest produce, meats, fish and fruits of the season, the menu is ideal for wine pairing.
