Raymonds Restaurant

Newfoundland and Labrador is blessed in having access to some of the best seafood, wild game, and produce in the world. Having such a bountiful larder right on our doorsteps means we’re able to adopt a truly sustainable approach to fine dining – foraging and sourcing locally-grown ingredients from independent purveyors.

Visit us at 95 Water Street in the heart of downtown St. John’s.

To our valued customers, thank you for your support during the challenging year of 2020. It has been our immense pleasure to create memorable dining experiences for you over the last 10 years and especially this past year when we finally reopened in July.

We are now closed as of January 1, 2021 for the winter.

Our reopening date will be determined in the near future.

In the meantime, we are pleased to let you know that our popular Sunday Series Dinners and Weekend Brunches will move this winter to The Merchant Tavern.

Beginning January 21, The Merchant Tavern will be open for Lunch on Thursdays and Fridays, Brunch Saturdays and Sundays with the Sunday “Pop-Up” Dinner Series as well as our regular dinner service Tuesdays through Sundays.

If you have purchased a Raymonds Gift Certificate that you wish to use this winter, we are pleased to honour these certificates at The Merchant Tavern.

We hope to see you soon. Stay healthy and happy.

All the best,
Jeremy Bonia, Jeremy Charles, the Raymonds and Merchant Tavern teams
